Terms of Sale

These Terms and Conditions govern all sales and services provided by Fertile Green Industries Private Limited ("FGIPL", GSTIN: 37AAFCF8000M1ZI), operating under the brand Truemeal Feeds. Once an order is placed and accepted, it becomes binding under these terms. Product ownership and risk are transferred to the customer once goods are delivered. Customers agree to store and use products responsibly, according to recommended guidelines.
All prices are in Indian Rupees (₹) and include applicable GST unless stated otherwise. Online payments are processed through RBI-authorised banks and payment aggregators; we do not store your card, UPI, or net-banking credentials. Cancellations, returns, refunds, and failed or duplicate transactions are governed by our Refund & Return Policy.
We reserve the right to accept or decline orders at our discretion. Pricing, product specifications, and offers may change without prior notice, and errors may be corrected at any time.
Our liability is limited strictly to the value of the product purchased. Under no circumstances shall FGIPL be held responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Any disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of courts at Nellore, Andhra Pradesh, India.
