Due to the consumable and perishable nature of animal feed products, returns are not accepted once the product has been opened, consumed, or stored improperly. Returns will only be considered in cases of wrong dispatch, visible damage, or manufacturing defects. All return requests must be raised within 48 hours of receipt by contacting our support team. Customers must keep the original packaging intact until the issue is resolved, as this helps with verification and logistics. Unauthorized or late return requests will not be entertained.

At Truemeal Feeds Private Limited, we work hard to ensure that every product you order reaches you in perfect condition. Since animal feed is a perishable product, we cannot offer refunds or cancellations once the order has been dispatched. However, in rare cases where customers receive an incorrect item, a damaged shipment, or a product that does not meet our quality standards, we provide refunds or replacements.
To initiate a refund request, customers must notify us within 48 hours of delivery, along with photographs or videos as proof of the issue. After verification, we will process a refund or ship a replacement at no additional cost. Refunds are generally credited back to the original payment method within 7–10 working days, though banking delays may occur. We are committed to resolving every genuine concern quickly, as customer trust is the foundation of our business.
