Truemeal Feeds ("we," "our," or "us"), operated by Fertile Green Industries Private Limited, provides the Truemeal Feeds mobile application (the "App") and website (truemealfeeds.com). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our App and website.

### 1. Information We Collect

**Account Information:** When you register, we collect your name, email address, phone number, employee ID, job role, and company affiliation for authentication and role-based access.

**Device Information:** We automatically collect device model, operating system version, unique device identifiers, app version, and crash/performance logs to maintain app stability.

**Location Data:** With your permission, we collect GPS location data to support delivery tracking, field operations monitoring, and route optimization. Background location collection occurs only when you have enabled delivery tracking, and can be disabled at any time through device settings.

**Camera and Photos:** With your permission, we access your camera and photo library for delivery proof photographs, quality inspection images, and document scanning.

**Contacts:** With your permission, we access device contacts for quick customer and dealer lookup during sales operations. We do not upload or store your entire contact list.

**Calendar:** With your permission, we access your calendar to manage delivery schedules and follow-up reminders.

**Microphone:** With your permission, we use the microphone for speech-to-text voice commands during field operations. Audio is not stored by us.

**Bluetooth and NFC:** With your permission, Bluetooth connects to thermal printers for printing invoices. NFC is used for batch tracking through tag scanning.

**Biometric Data:** With your permission, fingerprint or Face ID is used for secure login. Biometric data is processed entirely on your device and never transmitted to us.

**Website Data:** When you visit truemealfeeds.com, we collect anonymous browsing data through cookies. You can disable cookies in your browser settings.

### 2. How We Use Your Information

We use collected information to: authenticate your identity; process sales orders, invoices, and inventory transactions; track deliveries and field operations; generate business reports and analytics; send transactional notifications; monitor and improve app performance; diagnose technical issues; and comply with legal obligations.

### 3. Data Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We share data only within your organization (based on role permissions), with service providers (Firebase Crashlytics for crash reporting, Google Maps for location services, Expo for app updates), and when required by law.

### 4. Data Security

Your data is stored on secure servers hosted on Frappe Cloud with encryption in transit (TLS/SSL), regular backups, and access controls. User sessions use encrypted secure storage on your device.

### 5. Data Retention

Personal information is retained while your account is active. Business transaction data is retained per Indian tax and corporate record-keeping laws (typically 8 years). Account deletion requests are processed within 30 days, except where retention is legally required.

### 6. Your Rights

Under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act (DPDP Act, 2023), you have the right to: access your personal data; correct inaccurate data; request deletion (subject to legal requirements); withdraw consent at any time; and lodge grievances about our data practices.

### 7. Children's Privacy

Our App and website are not intended for individuals under 18. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
