Fertile Green Industries Private Limited ("FGIPL"), operating under the brand Truemeal Feeds, partners with trusted logistics providers to ensure timely and safe delivery of animal feed products across India. Orders are usually processed within 2–3 business days from confirmation, and shipping timelines may range between 2–15 business days, depending on the delivery location.

We take great care to pack products securely, but we request customers to check packages on delivery for any visible damage and report it within 48 hours (see our Refund & Return Policy). Shipping charges, if applicable, will be displayed at checkout before payment. While we do everything possible to meet delivery timelines, occasional delays may occur due to unforeseen factors such as strikes, transport issues, or natural disruptions. In such cases, our team will keep customers informed.
