Product ownership and risk are transferred to the customer once goods are delivered. Customers agree to store and use products responsibly, according to recommended guidelines.
All sales are considered final, except in cases outlined under our Refund and Return Policies. We reserve the right to accept or decline orders at our discretion. Pricing, product specifications, and offers may change without prior notice, and errors may be corrected at any time.
Our liability is limited strictly to the value of the product purchased. Under no circumstances shall Truemeal Feeds be held responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Any disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Nellore, India.
